Internal reporting office under the German Whistleblower Protection Act
We take reports of misconduct seriously. If, in connection with our business activities, you have observed a breach of the law or have reasonable grounds to suspect one, you can contact our internal reporting office.
This channel is open to our employees as well as to business partners, applicants and anyone else who comes into contact with us in the course of their professional activities.

Your report is received solely by the persons who make up our internal reporting office. We treat your identity as confidential; it will not be disclosed without your consent to those concerned by the report. This applies even where a suspicion is not confirmed.
You need not give your name or any contact details. We handle reports received anonymously in the same way as all others. Please bear in mind, however, that without a way of reaching you we can neither confirm receipt nor inform you of the outcome, and we cannot put any questions to you.
Within seven days we will confirm receipt of your report.
Within three months of that confirmation we will tell you what follow-up measures we have taken and why.
We examine the substance of your report, stay in contact with you and take appropriate follow-up measures. At your request we will meet you in person, or by video or telephone if you prefer.
Anyone who reports in good faith must not suffer any disadvantage for doing so. Dismissal, formal warnings, transfer, refusal of promotion and other detriments in response to a report are prohibited under section 36 of the German Whistleblower Protection Act.
You are not obliged to contact us first. You may also turn to the external reporting office of the Federal Republic of Germany at the Federal Office of Justice, and for breaches in the field of financial services additionally to the reporting office of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Marie-Curie-Str. 24-28, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
